March Madness

father and son

I wrapped up the month of March with two consecutive days of my favorite thing to do, take families fishing together.  The first day was a father and son, the second day was that son again and one of his brothers.  We got the “Appalachian Slam” of Brook, Rainbow and Brown trout both days.  In the interest of domestic tranquility, I won’t say who got the biggest fish  but here’s a hint….it wasn’t one of the brothers.  I’m happy to report that there was one more sibling who couldn’t make it out so here’s to hoping for a future trip and a chance to renew the rivalry.
