I’d Walk a Mile for a…Brookie

That’s a native, Southern Appalachian Strain Brookie to be precise. And actually, it was more like 4 miles round-trip to get a moment with these beautiful little char.  Summer is here,  the weather is weirdly hot and that means trout fishing is moving uphill.  We’ve completely shifted over to hike-in, wild trout fishing. So if a vigorous day in the wilderness chasing these diminutive but beautiful wild fish is your idea of fun, drop me a line.  It’s my idea of fun!
